Congratulations to Dr Larissa Wuest on successfully defending her PhD thesis!
Her thesis entitled “The role of sleep restriction, light intensity, and chronotype for alertness, mental effort, and cognition” includes a recent meta-analysis on the impact of one night of sleep restriction on sleepiness and cognitive function, and two submitted manuscripts on her experimental work on sleep restriction, chronotype, light intensity and cardiovascular responses in mental effort.
We are incredibly proud of Larissa’s achievement and look forward to seeing the impact of her work unfold.
